If you are having issues with your iPad follow these steps.
Turn the iPad off and on.
Check that the software update is current. If not, update the software.
If these steps do not solve the problem or the software will not update, use the ‘Ask an iPad Question’ button to contact the staff for more assistance.
iPad Purchases/ Returns
Once you have completed the apprenticeship program or leave the program, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your iPad via Quick Books. You have two options.
Option 1 - Purchase the iPad
Purchase the iPad by paying the balance found on your invoice via the converge portal. At this point the admin staff will contact the company that manages our iPad enrollment to have the iPad released from our management network.
Once you receive a confirmation from the admin staff that the iPad has been released, you will reset your iPad with the steps provided and the iPad will revert to an ordinary iPad with no supervision/controls from the Training Center.
Option 2 - Return the iPad
You can return the iPad to Training Center and you will receive a refund of a portion of the insurance paid on the iPad over the course of your apprenticeship provided the returned iPad has no significant damage and you have not received a replacement for a lost, stolen, or broken iPad during your apprenticeship.
Once you have returned the iPad to the Training Center, a request will be made to Zenith to issue the refund. They will send the check via mail.
